What are some features of b-content?

Basic Features

• Dynamic website. You can post files, update them, remove them from the site and immediately see the change on the site. In other words, the content is variable.

• Personalized data entry form. Data entry is done on a form template that is specifically designed to best suit your content. Form fields can include obligated fields, text and file fields. Each entry can be edited and updated without deleting the entry.

• Data entry is made easier with field descriptions on the form and a field validation system. If the format of the data entered does not match the field type, an error message will come up.

• When files are uploaded, b-content will show properties of the file like size or image width and height.

• User interfaces are available in English, German, and Spanish. Other languages can be implemented quickly. The system is set up for easy translation of websites. East European languages are supported.
  

• Password protected use for either single or multiple users.

Special Features

• Users can be given different access levels.

• Entries can be emailed to a supervisor for approval before uploading to the website.

• HTML editor function that translates text entries to HTML using an interface like a word processor.

• Newsletter function that automatically generates updates and sends them to a public or staff mailing list.

• Ability to generate backup or security copies of content.
